Pathetic service Home affairs Scotsburgh

My family app**** for our passports at the Scotsburgh home affairs on 3 December 2018. Within 2 weeks we received an sms stating that our passports were ready for collection. We went on 28 December 2018 to collect it. The manager at the home affairs said they were offline. We went again on 31 December 2018 because we needed it urgently for travelling. They told us again they were offline, but they were not. We still waited anyway. Came about 3:10 They told us they were closing and going home, when we refused to leave, coz we told them we will wait till 4 p.m. because that was the closing time. They called the police for us and had us escorted out.

We called the complaint department and told the lady Promise Matshili about our problem. She was very helpful. She called the manager at that home affairs office and asked her to issues our passports manually and to register it on the system when it comes back on line. The manager a Mrs Rianne was very upset that we complained about her office did give us our passports, with an arrogant attitude.

It's been now 4 weeks and she haven't registered our passports on systems to say received. We couldn't go on our holidays.

I would like some help to know what else to do, or where to complain now.
