Pathetic service DHA Somerset Wrst

Did my application on the 7th of June was told a ID will be ready for pick up within 3 weeks today is the 10th of July and zi havent received an SMS or any notification that my ID is ready for collection they took my money gave me a receipt and I am still waiting the bank even advised that they cant use my green barcoded ID as they need the new card style ID for their KYC the process is taking its time so what do I do if they freeze my account
