Pathetic service at Maponya Mall Home Affairs

If you want the worst, I mean pathetic service go to Maponya Mall Home Affairs. There's no service at all everyday queues are so long and they will tell you they're allegedly "offline" which is a bunch of ****, they just get paid for doing absolutely nothing. It's really said seeing elderly people sitting outside the whole day and still go back without being assisted,some come from far with the transportation money they borrowed and without shame are being sent back. It's disgusting shame.
