Pathetic Service at Home Affairs - Springs

Had an appointment for 1pm at Home Affairs Springs. Waited in line until around 3pm. Once inside waited for another 20 minutes to get photos etc. done. We were then told that they are now offline so the whole process of booking an appointment has to be done again and we will have to come back another day. We had taken a days leave and the kids were on school holidays so we could do all our passports together. A WASTE OF OUR TIME.
