Pathetic service

I have been to home affairs 4 times in the last 3 weeks. Each time I go, the system is offline. I have spent hours waiting to see if it will come back online and it doesn't. It's absolutely ridiculous. I have app**** and paid for my passport. Unfortunately I still have to deal with this nonsense that i have tried to avoid
