Pathetic service

Edenvale Home affairs systems has been offline for the past few days and people stand in line all day and get turned away at 14:30pm. People become frustrated waiting in the sun for hours just to be told to come back tomorrow for collection of their ID 's or passports. Today I witnessed a Home affairs employee assault a lady that was waiting for collection of her documents.
