Pathetic service

Good day I have experienced the worse service ever at the home affairs in Kempton Park. My parents are in the process of selling they other house. The title deed was captured with an incorrect ID as initially they had created my father's ID number with the incorrect date of birth and it was corrected but they used the incorrect ID. All we need was a letter head just stating that the current ID number is correct. The trouble to just get that letter has been a problem. We were told to wait for 3 months just for a letter and after the 3 months the only feedback we got was to go to the home affairs and speak to the supervisor and we still got no assistance. But to this day no help with getting just a letter head. This is the only thing that is left to complete the sale of the house.
