Pathetic service

<p>Today we I went to home affairs . I arrived their at about 08:00 and the line was long and they were still closed , they only opened at 08:45 and took 10 people inside and we were left standing. We stood outside for 2 hours on one coming outside to communicate with us to say what is happening . around about past 11:00 gentleman came out saying they are working till 12:30 and will ask the security to count only 40 people that they will assist as they are short staff Strangely enough after 11:30 the line started moving and the same gentleman came out saying we are standing at our own risk and this was the 40 that was suppose to be assisted . I requested to see a manager and the security refused . I told him I am not fighting with you and I am not shouting all I ask is to speak to the manager. He eventually allowed me in and I spoke to the gentleman . I asked him a question if he understood we have been standing outside since this morning and he has mislead us by saying only 40 people will assisted and the line has not moved for more than 2 hours and only when you see its close to 12:00 the line start moving. He insulted me and the very same time the was a gentleman complaining that he has been sitting inside for more than 2 hours with no assistance and the 1 lady has been on her phone for more than an hour. The same gentleman appreantly took a picture of this Lady as an evidence of what was happening inside. The gentleman who is suppose to be the manager told me I am waisting his time. I wash them grabbing a camera of the gentleman taking the picture and insulting him. We waited outside ad the door was closed at 12:00 security treated us like violence protesters when we were not violent we just wanted to be services as per previouly said to us . in this same line there were pwayioners and they were also treated the same way and they threaghten to spray us with a teargas. This but s really sad . the gentleman man who took the picture of the lady informed us that she was the supervisor and shared her picture with us and I have it. It is really disappointing that public services still renders such service. I have few numbers of people who were . I almost forgot another lady requested to see the manager to confirm what happened to she went inside and came out saying that the manager said he is tired of explaining he will come outside to explain to everyone and he only came out at 12:00 to saying they are closing. Shocking there was a lady with a new born baby if I am correct that child was probably few days old. If you need the names of the people who were there some traveled from Stellenbosch had to pay for packing been t not serviced</p>
