Pathetic service

I went to get an identity document as mine got lost and the lines were so long it was just unbearable to stand there any longer on arrival you need to write in your name and then the security guard wants to sell you a pen for 5 rand what happens to our tax monies shouldn't it cover for this I stood there for 3 hours and I still wasn't assisted I eventually left, I wonder if these ministers would allow for children to stand in such long cues yet we have to, the staff is *********** and very rude and unfriendly those offices can really be closed as I honestly don't see the use of it bring there.
