Pathetic Processing

I app**** for my unabridged marriage certificate on 27 August 2020. I am still waiting. This is absolutely unacceptable as this process should take 6-8 weeks. Yes, with covid I can understand it can take maybe upto 16 weeks but for it to be over a year, is absolutely disgusting. Since May 2021 I have been told its in processing, surely processing does not take 4 months. What are the people in processing getting paid to do? Surely they can give a time line. I actually need this document. They force you to pay a company thousands of rands for a document that costs R75 and these companies get the same certificate in 5 days. Wehn the hell am I going to receive this certificate?????
