Pathetic Home Affairs Bellville

Pathetic place . Went there today to collect my ID Card with no luck what so ever.

First of all where do I go to to report thses people . Second can my ID Card be transferred to another branch that isn't so busy . .

So I went there today . Asked a lady in the que what's the process she couldn't answer me so I went over to the door and asked the Hope affairs "official" what's the process in collecting the ID she said I must stand in the line the security will assist me . The line wasn't too long so I joined it thinking it will be in n out . So eventually the security tells the people applying for the ID that they can't be assisted because of them being full they will get some ticket thing n they will be assisted first thing tomorrow morning . He then came over to the people standing in the collection line n said we won't be able to go in either because they need to fight with the people to get out . I then asked him y we can't get a ticket like the other people he couldn't answer me.

I feel that Home Affairs Bellville either needs to get more staff or they need to get longer working hours . People have things to do and can't deal with their pathetic service. I don't understand y they can't mail the card or give it to u on the day that u apply for the thing .

PLEASE ASSIST.
