Pathetic home affairs at Roodepoort

I booked via the online booking system and got there to be told system is offline so we waited then at 15h00 they started working but they couldn't finish us and they sent us away saying we must go book again. The Roodepoort branch manager was extremely rude telling us his workers have to go now and when asked questions he got angry and walked out with his staff saying its 16h00 they have to go and they can't prioritize us even tomorrow. We sat for hours waiting for assistance after booking. Why should we book then? Why are these people so insensitive?
