PATHETIC GOVERMENT WE HAVE!!!

We app**** for an unabridged birth certificate on the 5th of August. We were told it's a 6 to 8 week waiting period. It's been FIVE MONTHS!!! And still nothing received!!! WHAT THE HELL TAKES SOOO LONG???? I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE 100'S OF TIMES!!! NO ONE HAS ANSWERS. I HEAR THE SAME FREAKING BORING THING OVER AND OVER- YOUR CASE WAS ESCALATED BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! NOTHING EVER GET DONE, WAHT FREAKING CASE, WHO THE HELL IS WORKING ON IT? as for the pathetic call centre, i spoke to Maggie and Florry and both kept me on hold for 20m minutes each! These idiots need to be FIRED!!!CLEARLY THE GOVERMENT LIVES UP TO ITS NAME, NO ONE EVER WORKS!!!! I even emailed the district manager- Lungile Mkhulise and the office manager- Herman Lehasa- NEITHER HAD THE DECENCY TO REPLY!!! FLIPPING PATHETIC!!!
