Pathetic Customer Service

I went to Home Affairs Orlando West to enquire about my UIF payment that delayed for a month however the consultant couldn't explain to my satisfaction and gave me attitude. I asked to speak to the supervisor, Tshepo Rangwato attended my query his phone rang then spoke with someone without any excuse, I found it very disrespectful. I've a problem with our people taking us for granted, they treat us as they are doing us a favour forgetting we pay their salaries. Service at Maponya Mall centre is so good. I'll never visit the Orlando West ever.
