Pathetic and disgusting service, wasting my tax

I went to Roodepoort home affairs to change my son's surname to his fathers's in january 28. We filled in all forms,and give ***. Pathetically and disgusting this ref does not exist. After sitting in the que the whole day six months later there was nothing done. Documents dissappeared, no sorry, no escallation nothing, only to be send back and be told to fill in new forms.turn around time is 6 months after waiting more than 6 months will have to wait again. The pathetic and uselessness of homeaffairs officials now affects my son because he cannot be accepted in school for next year without this done correctly.
