Pathetic

<p>I app**** for my sons birth certificate last year in June. Yes, It has been a year and still NOTHING!!! <br />I have been promised to receive a calls countless times with NOTHING!!! Their call centre agents are pathetic, the Roodepoort branch is pathetic, the Head office is pathetic!!! And now, after a year of inqiuring, I have now been told to go back to the Roodepoort branch AGAIN to get copies of the application, ID and receipt (YES, the R80 receipt from a year ago) and fax it to the call centre. Why do I have to suffer like this? </p>
