Passport suname is wrong!!!! After paying DOUBLE

I got married in December last year after a ********** experience at home affairs Randburg. They bul**** me badly. I went to apply for an urgent passport recently. They put this passport in my husbands surname when I clearly said I'm keeping my ****en name. I was told to pay double for it because I had no affidavit with me . I went back to counter and the gentleman said it was no issue to have my ****en surname on the system and my husbands surname on my passport which is false identification. Remember I paid DOUBLE. they refused to give me an amended one and why should I stand and wait again. Unacceptable they do not verify names on the system with passports??? Said without prejudice my rights are reserved in this.
