Passport collection

On Wednesday 12 Dec 2017 my daughter drove from my house in Mooi River to home affairs in Estcourt to fetch her passport. She arrived at 8 am when they opened. No one told her where to stand so she stood in the wrong queue for 1 hour. She then stood in the correct queue. There were plenty of empty seats inside but they were told to queue in the hot sun outside. She stood until 3 :30 pm until someone told her to go away they could not help her and closing time was 4pm.
