Passport Application

Went to the Centurion Offices to collect our passports. I was able to obtain mine, but my friend was informed that there has been a problem with his fingerprints and therefor his passport has not been processed. After being informed when app**** that it would be ready in time. We urgently require the passport as we are leaving on a business trip tomorrow, if not received the trip will be on our cost due to the inefficiency of personnel that could not inform us of this problem or what we had to do to resolve the matter in time. <br> <br> You pay for sufficient service which you do not receive. After a various amount of calls and emails for 4 days now, they were able to inform me that it was being printed and dispatched but not able to inform me as to if the relevant office has received it. I now sit with my head in my hands not knowing if I should just cancel the trip and lose the money, or if I should wait for feedback (which will not be received in time). <br>
