Passport application

I app**** for my passport there early July and i am still waiting for it. every time i call them, i am told that the processing department or something like that is still awaiting my finger prints where as on their system, they and see that my finger prints have been captured.<br> <br> this is not the time it should take to get a passport. i know this because my colleagues have app**** much later than i have at other home affairs departments and they currently have their passports with them
