Passport Application

My husband and I app**** for our passports already on the 31.10.2022 at Vredenburg. In the meantime, my husband passed away on the 06.11.2022. His passport is done already, mine to date is still not available. How can this be possible. We app**** the same day, but yet mine is not ready. I made some travel arrangements to go to Namibia on Friday 09.12.2022 but yet I can't go because of this whole passport process. I really hope and pray there would be someone to assist in this regard. This morning I was told to come back on Monday, then maybe it would be there. I am just a pensioner and can't afford to travel to Vredenburg every time for a "maybe".
