Passport

I have been visiting the Orlando West Home Affairs office since 13 October to follow up on my passport application. Unfortunately, despite multiple visits, I have not received any concrete feedback or resolution. I am scheduled to travel tomorrow, and this delay has caused me great inconvenience.

Each time I visit, I am advised to return the following day, but the situation remains unresolved. The manager at the Orlando West branch has been unresponsive and unwilling to assist, and staff have been providing inconsistent explanations for the delay in issuing my passport. The customer service is really bad.
