Passport

Hi, i app**** for my passport last year on the 15th of August 2017 and today its the 06/2/2018

that is almost 6 months i have been waiting for the passport, every time i call they tell me they have logged my incident and i will get feedback.. and that the passport is at Verification and its going to printing or something like that, how long should i wait?? i have forfeited two business trips already because of this issue, what type of delay is this!! please look into the matter , i need my passport out !! ref ********** 272
