Paarl- Home affairs????

I got there at 8 there was a queue 1.30 hours later we get inside and from taking the photo for my Id to paying took about 10 minutes.

I realised that we will wait everywhere but they have a system where they take about 20 people at a time and assist them and then the next group. I was extremely impressed. The queue even seemed worth it. The people who work there are quite rude and miserable except one guy at the information desk, I think the manager, thank you for entertaining our jokes and smiling through everything.
