Over six months- no marriage certificate or birth

On the 27th March 2015 I went to Home Affairs in Randburg and ordered my husband's birth certificate and his previous marriage certificate. I was told it would take 6 - 8 weeks. I heard nothing and kept on phoning. Eventually I managed to get through to the call centre and was told on the 21st September that it would be escalated. I was given case no. *** and *** (by this time I had ordered our marriage certificate and that was also long overdue - so was added to the case no). I was told to call back after 7 days, On the 1st October 2015 I called back and spoke to Florence who advised me that the matter was still outstanding. On the 12th October 2015 at 08h45 I called again and requested to speak to a manager. I was told that no manager could speak to me but that a supervisor, Lesego, would call me back. I phoned again on the same day at 15h45 and left another message for Lesego. How on earth can this happen? I need my documents!
