Over 5 months, still no un-abridged birth certific

Hi, i app**** for my daughter's un-abridged birth certificate on 23/09/15 at DHA Brits. I still have not received it. I called the call center in January, Sphelele Ncongwane told me it takes 4-8 weeks, which had already lapsed, so she logged a query for me, case no: ***. She then said i should call in 2weeks, on which i did and spoke to \Kefilwe Phuti\" who advised me that she will send communication to the officer handling the case and said i should call in 5 days..26/02/16 i spoke to, \"Thabiso Kekana\" and she promised to call me on 29/02/16 with feed back but she didn't call.. 02/03/16 i went to the Brits DHA and was advised to call the call center and query with them..06/03/16 i called,spoke to Clemency Rooi\" and she advised of the same as the previous agents. 07/03/16 morning Teballo Matile told me she'll get a manager to call me back, \"no one called\" at 17:10 i called and Vukile Gwala told me the superiors had left for the day. Over 5 months and i still have not received her certificate, \"I URGENTLY NEED IT PLEASE\" as i have to submit it to the embassy and the application process takes months to finalize. Kindly please assist as August she needs to be starting school"
