Outstanding Un Abridge Birth Certificate

Un-Abridge Birth Certificate outstanding for 7 months - not processed yet, without any reasons, only info the call centre can give is... they are waiting for processing unit to process & t the processing unit does not give feedback or response where the problem lies.<br> <br> I did fax additional documentation to help speed up the process, but what is the use if no one can tell one what's going on and why is it taking so long. They only log calls to their managers, with no response or feedback from processing.<br> <br>
