Our governments doesn't work for us

Mitchell's plain is the worst branch ever been here for 5hrs already they ticket system doesn't work.. I'm number 88 but yet they calling out 151 already and telling me I mus wait for number and that the higher numbers is the elderly but I'm just seeing young people for id's going before me on the high numbers... Completely ridiculous service
