ONLINE Ehome affairs SUCK

Been trying for a month now to book an online appointment with bank. Everytime I get the same message - "BANK DID NOT RECEIVE DOC'S. When I phone Home Affairs the same answer sorry they are working on the system phone after 12'oclock. TODAY was the 5th time.

I paid why can they not make a booking from there side!!!!!!!!!
