ONE YEAR LATER AND STILL WAITING

In JUNE 2014 i app**** for our unabridged marriage certificate. A year later and we still have not received it. I follow up diligently every week, and all the call center agent says is they will escalate to their supervisor and I need to call back in a week. :( The most frustrating thing ever can SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!!!!!
