Once again I have been here at the Department of Home affairs (GA-RANKUWA) and there was loadshedding from 8-10 so their system was not working. It’s now 11:30 and their system is still not working. The government is failing us. I’m here to collect my ID now for the second time and I need it to finalise my tertiary applications. Chances are I will leave here without my ID.
