Offline issues

I went to one of home affairs office in Estcourt to collect my ID they keep saying they are offline and we must wait, we keep on waiting nothing happens, I have been there for two days being told the same problem with no solution... Can't they get any technician to come and fix the problem. As we need those documents so fast.
