Offline home affairs

Being offline at th offices. We decided to apply for passport online thank goodness application went through. Called ********** 800 call was answered after trying for 9 times. I asked the employee I need finger prints and photos done. She advised thy still offline. I have been calling ********** 900 this umgeni road home affairs for 45 minutes they kept on picking up an dropping the call. As I advised I need the passport urgently an have been coming regularly to prospecton the manager stated for him to motivate he has to see th register I explained there was no register present. How do we actually survive or get things done if govt employees don't want to work. To me they are really not cut out for these jobs as there arrogance is totally unacceptable and there story's never end. It seems they get paid to discuss there shopping trips and personal stories. Please something has to be done to eradicate sherkers and get people who want to work. They not doing any favors they getting a salary.
