OFF LINE

Home Affairs Alberton has been off line the entire week. People are made to stand in long lines and the employees don't inform the people that they are off line. So people wait and wait and nothing happens because the are off line. Yet no one informs the people what the delay is so the people just keep on waiting. Home affairs needs to tell us what is happening and that they are off line so that we don't waste our time.
