Obtaining a BI-30 Form

<p>We have sent endless emails with no solution. We have tiredlessly tried to call Dep of Home Affairs in Durban - I actually dont think it exists as the phones NEVER GET ANSWERED. phone head office, one gets NO JOY.</p> <p>We have app**** for our unabridged marriage certificate at Randburg and when we did, we were not informed that a BI-30 form is needed, but our money was happily taken. We do not have this document as were not given one. I only have the Department of Home Affairs BI-27 form, as our pastor did not give a copy to us as this was not required in 2010 and the full register was submitted to department of home affairs in Greyville Durban and we urgently require a copy but to no avail of getting a response from durban home affairs office and no response the emails sent.</p> <p>department of home affairs is simply too lazy to get all the details they have received via this submission. head office is of no help - so what is the point of them being a HEAD OFFICE??? </p> <p>The Department Manager of Durban - does NOT REPLY TO EMAILS, DOES NOT ANSWER ANY OF THE NUMBERS LISTED ON THE DHA WEBSITE. </p> <p>it is pathetic! </p>
