Obstacle for an orphan to get a birth Certificate from Home Affairs

Department of Home Affairs (Cape Town) has made a life of a 5 year old very sad and painful to watch. I once approached DHA for this 5 year old boy who was born sick and is taking life medication. Firstly he was failed by his mother. By neglecting him and his two siblings. After I saw the very painful situation I tried to take an initiative to get a birth certificate for this little boy. He was 3 years then in 2016. I did all what Home Affairs wanted but up until this date, this child has no birth certificate. The (including his siblings) lost their mother in 2018. I wrote an email to The Office Of The President hoping to get a quick action. The response was quick but no follow up. Some Social Workers in Cape Town know of this family, Social workers in the Eastern Cape know of this family, St Joseph Children's Home Of Safety know of this child but the obstacle to beat the poverty was Home Affairs. I therefore plead to Home Affairs to please help this boy. I wouldove to be contacted by Home Affairs Officials and narrate the story further as to how far we have gone to assist this family.
