Not recieving iunanbridged birth cert

On 21 Mei i app**** for my 2 children for unab birt certf. I recieved only 1. After phoning and logging 2 case numbers as well as case being escalated on the 18 aug and again on the 26 august 2015. I have mot recievef anything. All they tell me is that it is mot finalised!!! I needed tjis document last week, but now i had to prospone out flights because of this. I need this urgantly, but all the numbers i get, i phone with 0% success. I dont know what to do anymore.
