Not impressed with Home Affairs service

I have app**** for an unabridged birth certificate for my daughter to apply to high schools on 29 October 2020 and I'm still waiting on it. I have sent numerous emails and phone calls with no reply. I have sent Mr Andrews at Wynberg branch an email as well, he just says it's still in process. How long does it take to print a certificate. They are quick to take your money, but then this is the service you get.
