Not helpful very bad

Good day,

My name is Nomsa Mathebula. I'm writing this email on behalf of Freedom Khoza. He went to Thulamashe home affairs 17January 2019 he paid R140 plus R40 for the pictures to change his name on the ID book, he's name on the ID book is Thulani Cossa. Instead of Freedom Cossa.

In July he went to check, only to find out that the documents were not sent to the head office.

Therefore he was told that he must fill in the documents again and paid R40, so it can be resend again.

She said we must came in October. But today we went to home affairs today 7 October 2019. Strange enough when we arrived today we were told that the lady that received the documents is the only one who was suppose to only assist us. Wish is confusing becouse I believe anyone can assist as long as you give them your ID number they should pick up your details on the system.

We waited, she then arrived and only to tell us that it's not yet fixed with no explanation given the fact that it took way too long and its still not yet fixed.

Our main concern now is he will be writing his Matric Exams. So it will affect him and he might not be able to write his exams.

Will you please assist us, because we already tried everything but we not getting any further assistance.
