Not happy,😞

The online booking is honestly not necessarily, I booked on-line time 9-10 am. It Is 12:30 I'm not yet assisted. The person I asked was very rude, telling me I should not talk about time because it is not their fault that the stuff is not enough. #Vuwani home affair's
