NOT GETTING ANY FEEDBACK

I am battling since last year October to get my marriage certificate from the Department of Home Affairs. I can't even remember how many times I phoned, went into Vereeniging branch, phoned the toll free number, the ministers toll free number and still nothing. I even phoned a mr Ramodumo and Delford at the head office with no one coming back to me as to how long I still have to wait for the certificate. The case number I have *** .
