Non service

13:36 and I've been here at Boksburg home affairs from 11 am and the branch closes at 15:30 but we are told that they are closed they cannot service us which I do not understand as it isn't closing time as yet. I'd this the service that we should get from home affairs being told to come back the following day as though we do not have other commitments. Does home affairs work with the number of people seen a day as we are told that they have 52 people? Please elaborate if u operate till 15:30 or close when you reached the the target of 52 people?
