non-performing home affairs

This is merely a repeat of my earlier lamentations about the lack of service of this Department of Home Affairs in George. I app**** and paid for an unabridged Marriage certificate in February 2020. Six months later and not even an acknowledgement from them. My regular visits remain fruitless and I have nowhere to turn!!
