NON DELIVERY OF UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE

I had app**** for my Unabridged Birth Certificate in September last year, all documentation was accompained by the application. Within 4 weeks I had received a message that it was ready, when printed important details were missing. Eventually, due the problem with load shedding and closures I managed to apply again in March, and I still do not have the certificate. I am contacting the Call Centre every 10 days to query the completion, only to be told that its not ready and the matter will be escalated. HOW CAN THIS NOT BE COMPLETED WHEN MY PARENTS ID DOCUMENTS, MARRIAGE AND DEATH CERTIFICATES WERE SUBMITTED. <br> Incompetance seems to be the norm with the DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS.<br>
