Poor service from sasolburg home affairs

I went there today 19/08/2021 to do ID for my sister we lost our mom 6 years ago ...what an embarrassing home affairs service is poor they send us to the police station 4 times imagine the up and down with a little born all over then finally Mr David Mosethe was the only kind Staff thank you Sir for being patient to us we really need people like you in departments, not to mention your manager that was supposed to sign 1 document' He didn't want to explain anything to us like we stupid we had temporal ID already all we wanted to do is Certificate for new born that is why we did Temporary ID but unfortunately that was waste of time and money as the manager didn't allow us to do birth certificate at all Manager was rude even to David staff felt to embarrass scared to go there in coming two weeks ? so said ? I don't want to be in that place anymore I rather drive to Kroonstad
