no urgency

Dealing with the department of home affairs is so frustrating. I was divorced in March 2017 and this is stil not registered on there system. I want to register my marraige and after speaking to numerous people and following up everyday for the past 6 weeks, all i hear the whole time, is sorry mam this is on the system not actioned as yet.... how difficult is it to change a status from married to divorce. Is there no more pride in anybodies work.
