No service from the Customer Care Department

I'm in week 3 to try and submit my ID and Passport application on the eHome Affairs website. This is the most poorly designed website ever!!! When you phone the number on the contact numbers, then the 1st lady tell you, you are at the wrong number and she can't help you and slam the phone down. When you phone again to speak to the manager, you get the same treatment. Why do they add this number on their website if you interrupt the people their with their tea/lunch break and it is obvious they are not in that position to assist, only to get a salary.
