No service from home Affairs

A request for a Letter of no Impediment was submitted on 9 November 2015. As to date of January 26 2016, I still have not received my document. It has been almost three months an I still do not have this document, which i need urgently. In December we were told that they had lost my ID, which we sent through again. I called the call centre last week, and was told they would escalate it. I called again today, and was once again told that they would escalate it, and that I should call again in about two weeks!!! This is intensely frustrating, since I need the document before flying to Germany on Saturday 30 January. My fianc? is German and he also needs this document so that we can proceed with our wedding arrangements.
