NO SERVICE FROM DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS (PASSPORT RENEWAL)

Did the application and payment for a passport renewal; it took the clerk a week to simply capture the application on the system. After following up at the branch it was said that the passport will arrive today and nothing arrived. We have a departure out of the country on Thursday and today is Tuesday and no passport.
