No service at home affairs - Paarl

I went to home affairs on Friday to collect my 16 year old sons ID, I got there 3pm there were about 20 people waiting in the collection queue, they closed there doors at 3h15 most of the people left after that only 5 people stayed hoping that they would at least assist 5 people. But no luck they were all hiding behind the corner chatting away no one working and then left, without telling anybody anything, we couldn't even get to ask what hours they work etc I'm mean collections does not even take 5mins. There is no service to even be able to complain about service. They don't even answer there telephones or emails, I've been trying for 3 weeks
